Join our community of like-minded individuals, who all want to Get Strong without the need to go into a gym environment. The 45 minutes class combines strength, cardio and flexibility training to give you a holistic approach to your fitness journey. Sessions are suitable for beginners through to advanced, all being time based so you can go at an intensity that suits your individual needs.
