Since 2020, I've been dedicated to helping women unlock their strength and well-being. I'm a firm believer that true and lasting change comes from consistent effort and a holistic approach, not through restrictive fads. As a female specialist, I understand the unique needs of women and am here to support you on your long-term fitness journey.
I created StrongHer Fitness and Strong Mommas Club to provide women with a safe space to meet their full potential, and provide science backed advice that compliments your hormonal landscape to get the most from your training.

Lauren's Monday fitness club has been fantastic and has given me the confidence to work on my fitness again. Lauren mixes up the circuit exercises each week and creates a really supportive and fun environment. Have been really impressed by the results I already have achieved.

I've just finished this amazing fitness programme, and I can't recommend it enough! Lauren has created something really special, although it's a group setting, the sessions feel so personalised. She takes the time to make sure everyone is getting what they need, and the group size is just right, so you never feel lost in the crowd.
Even when I had to miss a couple of sessions, Lauren went above and beyond sending me all the details and even a video so I could catch up. That level of care really makes all the difference.
Not only have I come away feeling so much more confident about exercising again, but I've also made some lovely friends along the way. If you're looking for a supportive, motivating, and fun way to get back into fitness, this is it.
