Thursday Fitness Club
6:30pm-7:15pm or 7:15pm-8pm - Lauren May Fitness Gym, Ackleton.
Like to train with a buddy? Come and join my group classes, where we have built a fantastic team of clubbers! In 45 minutes, you will get a full body workout, focusing on strength, cardio, and a well-balanced program leaving you stronger and fitter!

Strong Mommas Club

6 week course-
Friday 11:30am-12:30pm - Bridgnorth Community Hall.
Tuesday 12:15pm-1:15pm - The Institute Tettenhall

These Mommas Can! Bring your baby along to this Mum and Baby fitness course designed to boost your energy, rebuild your strength, and regain confidence in a supportive, safe, and nurturing environment. This course targets core recovery, pelvic floor health, increasing your strength and improving your cardiovascular fitness ready to chase those little ones around when they’re on the move. This course is all about you Momma, and whether you are looking to reconnect with your body, improve mobility or simply enjoy a bit of “me time”, we provide a welcoming and private space with other like-minded mommas to move at your own pace. Each class is a full hour to allow us time to talk through your progress, and allow you the freedom to take time to feed, change or do whatever your beautiful baby might need whilst still having plenty of time for you
