Empowering Strong Women
As seen on Womens Health, BBC & The Independent
Where women come to build the strongest version of themselves.
Creating a lifestyle that you love is at the absolute core of everything that we do. Once we find something that you have fun doing, everything else becomes a byproduct; stronger, fitter, more energy, better sleep and happiness to name a few.

Testimonials
Finding a lifestyle you’ll love.
Seriously! But don’t take our word for it, here are some things people have to say about us.
“I have been working with Lauren for around 4 months now, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is such a wonderful, warm human, and she approaches exercise as a whole, rather than focusing on just one aspect, such as fitness level or weight loss. She really personalises everything to me and my own needs, and looks at exercise as part of my overall lifestyle, which I really love. Lauren takes the time to understand what works for me and helps me build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with exercise and nutrition.”
— Katie
“
“Lauren is great, she listens to my personal goals and then creates achievable goals to work towards in sessions. I have felt myself become stronger and have more confidence in using equipment I wouldn’t have gone near previously!
Not only that, she is fun and approachable.”
— Bekki
“
“I have never really enjoyed this sort of exercise before but I can genuinely say I look forward to Lauren’s weekly exercise class. The environment couldn’t be more welcoming and the exercises can all be adapted based on your fitness or ability, with no judgement from others. I hadn’t exercised properly since having a baby so I was slightly apprehensive but Lauren would put anyone at ease straight away.
Could not recommend more!”
